Job Title: Freelance: Flash Developer/Web Designer

Skills

Description

We are looking for a flash developer/web designer to design, develop, test, maintain Flash with ActionScript, and deploy new Websites for both internal and external clients, as well as implement enhancements to existing sites. Content includes marketing, entertainment, business-to-business and training applications.

Background
The applicant should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and must have a strong formal design background with a portfolio. The ideal candidate should enjoy the creative process and tailoring solutions to meet business objectives. We are looking for a developer/designer with an appetite to know and learn the latest Internet technologies and somebody who has a genuine passion for development.

Description

VIVA Creative seeks a Content Producer with at least 5 years of media production experience. Candidate MUST have knowledge of the ENTIRE production process, including content development, pre-production, strategy, research, and writing.  Most importantly, candidate must have passion for the industry and a desire to learn and grow in the profession. Content Producer will be responsible for strategic production in each of our core service areas, including content, live, virtual, and on the move. Candidate will lead and ORGANIZE the entire production process including concept development, writing, budgeting, facilitating logistics for on-site production, field interviews, VO recording, music composition, post-production oversight … and everything else in the production mix for ALL TYPES OF PROJECTS – including videos, live events, and interactive. This position liaises heavily with creative and post teams and candidate MUST be a team player who collaborates and listens well. An entrepreneurial spirit and “whatever-it-takes” attitude will thrive in our creative work environment. Chosen candidates will be required to participate in a Content Producer training workshop.

Qualifications:
Candidates must have solid experience (5+ years) producing media for business communications. Applicants must also have a demonstrated track record producing on-message content using both traditional and new media tools and techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple projects and maintain tight deadlines a must. Tasks include taking a project from a creative brief to the final deliverable, maintaining an accurate budget and schedule, managing internal/external resources, and liaising with clients to ensure great customer service. College degree required. Upbeat personality, love for detail a must. Junior candidates with exceptional drive, ability, and potential will be considered and ALL candidates are required to participate in a Content Producer training workshop.
